Scope

This policy covers Second Act Software and this website. Each of our apps publishes its own privacy policy describing what that specific app collects; where the two differ for an app, the app's own policy governs that app.

Information this website collects

This website does not ask you to create an account, does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not run analytics that profile you across sites.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which — like any web host — processes standard server request data such as IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That handling is described in Vercel's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you contact support@secondactsoftware.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include such as screenshots or device details. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent contact information.

Information our apps collect

Our apps are designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible and to avoid requiring an account. Some apps use third-party services — for example anonymous analytics to understand which features are used, or Apple's Game Center for leaderboards. Where a service is used, the app's own privacy policy names it and explains what it receives.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Children's privacy

Our apps and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, and the CCPA in California — you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to certain processing. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To make a request, email support@secondactsoftware.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

International transfers

Our website host and any service providers we use may process data on servers in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of your country of residence, it is done to provide the site and services described here.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps ship and evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and in the relevant app's own policy.
